The Winners Circle invests in books, frameworks, training, events, video, audio, design, photography, publishing, and business-education resources. Access to content does not transfer ownership or grant permission to copy, resell, teach, publish, or commercially exploit it.
Ownership of website and content
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content are owned by The Winners Circle with Jay, Olanrewaju Jay Adewole, an affiliated business, or a content owner who has granted permission for its use.
Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with the applicable owner. No ownership interest is transferred merely because content is publicly accessible, purchased, downloaded, viewed during an event, or delivered through email.

This policy applies to materials including:
- Website text, page layouts, graphics, photographs, illustrations, and original design elements.
- Books, excerpts, articles, reports, magazines, guides, worksheets, scorecards, and downloadable resources.
- Webinars, conferences, workshops, coaching materials, slide presentations, scripts, recordings, and replays.
- Podcast episodes, video interviews, transcripts, show notes, trailers, clips, and promotional assets.
- Business frameworks, names, program structures, original diagrams, templates, processes, and teaching materials.
- Logos, brand marks, publication names, program names, slogans, and visual identity assets.
Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
Permitted personal use
You may access and use publicly available or properly purchased content for your own lawful, personal, internal, and non-commercial learning, subject to any specific license or written terms provided with the material.
You may take personal notes, print a reasonable copy for your own use, and apply general ideas in your own business. You may not distribute the original materials or present them as your own.
Links, quotations, and social sharing
You may share a direct link to a public page, podcast episode, public video, book listing, event-registration page, or public resource page.
You may quote a brief portion of publicly available written content for commentary, review, education, or news reporting when the use is lawful, accurately attributed, and includes a link to the original public page where reasonably possible.
Do not share private live-room links, attendee-only access links, protected downloads, paid content, private recordings, or restricted replay pages.
Uses requiring written permission
Written permission is required before you:
- Republish a full article, chapter, transcript, video, podcast episode, or substantial excerpt.
- Use content in a course, workshop, membership, coaching program, certification, or paid presentation.
- Translate, adapt, edit, remix, dub, reproduce, or create a derivative version of protected content.
- Place content in an app, database, AI training set, knowledge base, document library, or automated content system.
- Use a photograph, logo, book cover, magazine cover, slide, video clip, or brand asset in commercial promotion.
- Distribute copies to employees, students, members, customers, attendees, or the public beyond a permitted license.
Permission may include attribution requirements, time limits, territory limits, usage restrictions, approval rights, or a licensing fee.
Prohibited uses
Without written authorization, you may not:
- Copy, sell, sublicense, upload, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content.
- Remove copyright notices, watermarks, credits, attribution, metadata, or ownership information.
- Record, screen-capture, rebroadcast, livestream, or publicly display a private event, session, or replay.
- Claim authorship, ownership, partnership, endorsement, certification, or affiliation that does not exist.
- Use protected materials to create a competing product, course, publication, event, or program.
- Use automated tools to scrape, archive, reproduce, summarize at scale, or extract protected content.
- Upload restricted content to file-sharing, social-media, course-hosting, video, document, or AI platforms.
Educators, employers, nonprofits, and organizations
Educational, nonprofit, internal-training, or community-benefit use does not automatically create permission to reproduce or distribute protected materials.
Organizations seeking bulk book use, classroom use, employee training, event distribution, curriculum integration, or group access should request permission or an appropriate license.
Media, press, and speaker promotion
Approved press-kit materials may be used by journalists, producers, event organizers, conference teams, and authorized media partners solely for legitimate editorial coverage, interview promotion, event promotion, or speaker introduction.
Press assets may not be materially altered, used to imply an endorsement, sold, placed in unrelated advertising, or used after permission has been withdrawn.
Use the official Media page for current biographies, press photographs, topics, and media-request information.
Podcast, video, and interview content
You may embed or link to an officially published public podcast episode or video when the platform permits embedding and the original source, branding, credits, and context remain intact.
Downloading, re-uploading, clipping, monetizing, syndicating, translating, dubbing, training AI on, or republishing audio or video requires written permission unless a legal exception applies.
Guests and contributors retain rights they expressly reserve, while permissions granted through releases, guest agreements, production terms, or publication agreements remain effective.
Books, magazine content, and publications
Purchasing a book, magazine, ebook, or digital publication gives you access to that copy; it does not grant reproduction, translation, distribution, adaptation, course-use, or resale rights.
Chapter previews and samples are provided for individual review. They may not be reposted, compiled, resold, or distributed as substitute copies of the publication.
Bulk-order, academic, corporate, nonprofit, translation, serialization, excerpt, and reprint requests should be submitted through the Contact page.
Downloads, worksheets, templates, and scorecards
Unless a separate license says otherwise, downloads are licensed to the recipient for personal or internal business use only.
You may complete and adapt a worksheet or template for your own business, but you may not resell, redistribute, white-label, publish, teach, sublicense, or provide the original resource as a client deliverable or lead magnet.
Trademarks, names, and branding
Brand names, logos, publication names, event names, program names, slogans, and distinctive brand elements may be protected by trademark, unfair-competition, or related laws.
You may not use a Winners Circle name or brand asset in a way that suggests sponsorship, certification, partnership, endorsement, ownership, or official affiliation without written permission.
Accurate, non-misleading references to The Winners Circle or Jay Adewole for commentary, news reporting, attribution, or identification should not be styled as your own branding.
User-submitted content
You retain the rights you own in content submitted through applications, testimonials, interviews, forms, messages, photographs, or media files.
By submitting content, you represent that you have permission to provide it and that it does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
Any license granted to The Winners Circle is governed by the applicable form terms, release, agreement, publication arrangement, or other written authorization.
Fair use and other legal exceptions
Some uses may be permitted by fair use or another legal limitation or exception. Fair use is evaluated under the applicable law and depends on the specific facts and circumstances.
There is no universal word count, percentage, clip length, or formula that automatically makes a use lawful. When uncertain, request permission or obtain advice from a qualified intellectual-property professional.
Reporting claimed infringement
When you believe content appearing on the website infringes rights you own or are authorized to enforce, submit a written notice through the Contact page.
The notice should include:
- Your full name and reliable contact information.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or other right you believe has been infringed.
- The exact website address or sufficient information to locate the disputed material.
- A description of why you believe the use is unauthorized.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We may request additional information before taking action. Knowingly making a materially false infringement claim can create legal consequences.
Enforcement and remedies
Unauthorized use may result in access removal, account or event suspension, takedown requests, platform reports, license fees, demands to stop use, recovery of losses, or other remedies permitted by law.
Failure to act immediately against one unauthorized use does not waive ownership or the right to act against that use or a later use.
Permission and licensing requests
Request permission before using protected content.
Include the specific material, proposed use, audience, distribution method, duration, territory, commercial purpose, and any deadline. Permission is not granted unless confirmed in writing.
